I have adobe image ready and adobe photoshop, and paint tool sai.. and ms paint ^^

yes well...flash has the LINE TOOL! 8D I'm.. horrible with freehand brush tool hahah XP flash is kinda similar to paint, except you have the ability to animate, and a few other tools ouo

well first it's a straight line, then you take that black cursor thing tool and curve it cc:

animating with flash is better imo oo: the frames go waay faster haha xD
